1 Standard hours for callouts is Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm excluding public holidays. Callouts outside these hours will incur an additional charge.
Important note All costs associated with parking and time to complete inductions are not covered by Wilo Philippines and will be on forwarded. All costs associated with site related delays will be on forwarded. A service call will not be arranged until a Service Order Confirmation sent by Wilo Philippines.
